I have a degree in foreign languages and literature, German and Spanish.
Why did you decide to become an Italian teacher?
Because I like the idea of sharing the beauties of my language and culture with others and knowing that my students will always carry a little piece of Italy with them.
How long have you been teaching?
Since 2005.
What are your strong points as a teacher?
Ability to empathise with the students, patience and the ability to draw even the strangest of objects and animals!
What advice do you always give to your students?
Do not study Italian only in books but live it and use it in the street, at the supermarket and never be afraid of making a mistake.
What are the three most important things to experience in Italy?
Art, the people and good food.
Why study in Verona?
Because in a small city like Verona it’s easier to feel like an Italian citizen.
What is your favourite dish?
Grilled fish.

Primitivo di Manduria.

I am a good listener and I make my class feel at ease.

Use Italian to do things you really are passionate about and never be afraid to make mistakes!
