Special courses – Italian Language and cooking course
Food lovers will want to make the most of their stay in Italy by learning the secrets of some of the most delicious Italian dishes. At the end of the course each student will be able to prepare a complete meal from starter to dessert.
The course consists of 10 or 20 hours a week in groups in an Intensive standard course or Intensive Espresso Course and 4 cookery lessons a week in the evening.
Each cooking lesson lasts 3-4 hours and includes a brief history of the recipes to be prepared, advice on how to choose and where to buy the ingredients and the preparation of a three-course meal. At the end of the lesson the students and teachers will enjoy dinner together in a perfect Italian atmosphere!
The course will run with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 students.
At the end of each course, the school will provide a certificate of attendance.

Main course: Oven cooked Sea bass with potatoes
Thursday
Starter: Mixed cheeses with mustard
Main course: Stew with polenta
Dessert: Tiramisu
